this is my second champion idea. Hope you like it

Sefira was born a normal girl. She grew up, and the only thing that seems strange is her sensitivity. She would always fall in love with someone, and when she was rejected, she would hide in solitude for days. She was very affectionate, and most people stranded from her because they thought she was too affectionate. She couldnt share all the love she kept in her heart, and soon all these feelings storming inside her made her depart from her village. While travelling, she met a strange young with blonde hair and a black coat. He introduced himself as Vladumir, and she immediately fell in love with him. The Hemomancer had herd of her, and he was in need of someone to test upon his new experiments. He took the young woman to his monastery. There he put her to sleep and tied her to a bed. He would perform his experiment non-stop for 3 months. When Sefira finally came out of the castle, she was a totally different being. Vladimir had managed to turn the love in her heart into a formidable weapon. He had used his art of blood to change the mind of Sefira, and now she lusts for vengeance upon everyone who has ever rejected her. She has joined the League of Legends to exterminate all living beings incapable of love.

Abilities:

Passive:
Love's Deceit
Enemies in Sefira's vicinity feel soothened from the aura of Sefira's affection,and they loosen their armor and magic res with 3/5/7 percent(increases at lvl 7 and 13)

Q:Eyes of Love-7 CD 90/95/110/130/150 mana cost
As it is widely known, loving eyes can never see. Sefira seduces her target, making it unable to bring itself to target Sefira for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. It also slows the target for 30/35/50/60/75 percent for the time.

W:
Passion-10/15/20/25/30s CD 70/80/90/100/110 mana cost
Sefira fights with passion, increasing her att dmg by 10/15/25/37/50, increasing her att speed by 15/20/25/30/35 percent, and giving her a 1.5(+1 AS) sec decreased cooldown on Dagger Spike. Lasts for 3/4/4/5/6 seconds

E:
Dagger Spike-6/5.5/5/4.5/4.2s CD 20/30/50/60/70 mana cost
Sefira infuses her daggers with the hatred and love she feels and plunges them deep into the enemy. The opposing sensations tear the target from the inside. Deals 75/130/170/220/260(+ 0.8 AD)(+ 2 damage for any minion/champion kill with it) damage. Half damage is dealt initially, and half is dealt as a dot for 3 sec. Stacks 3 times

R:
Kiss of Death-120s CD 150/200/250 mana cost
Sefira leaps, embraces, and kisses a target enemy champion. The enmy is overwhelmed by emotions, and is unable to do anything. All other enemies envy the target for getting kissed, and attack the target for 0.5/1/2 seconds. Deals 160/240/350(+1 AD) damage and supresses the target for 2.5 seconds. The target receive 50/60/70percent damage when attacked by teammates

Animations:
Autoattack-attacks with either of the two short daggers in her hand.
Passive-debuff on enemies appear as a red cloud around them
Q-Sefira blows a kiss to the target, and the slow is the usual animation, but in red
W-Sefira starts to overflow with black and red colors, starts to hit with faster animations, the daggers become black
R-sefira leaps to the target. Then she gets very close to him and streaches her head s to target. Afterwards small hearts(like mf's strut) appear above the target.

I like that. Funny idea, cool story, and seems pretty balanced. Damage on dagger spike is very high,but since that's her only real damage ability, seems pretty OK.

I like everything except for her passive and ult. I think they're a little too strong. You should decrease the % armor/mr reduction on her passive. And her ult..its like Galio's ult on drugs. It taunts every enemy nearby to attack their own teammate?! I think that's a little too OP.

As for the passive, yeah is will reduce it to 3/5/7%. I think thats better
The ult. i will reduce the duration of the ult, i think this will do it.

Her ulti is a bit too OP........imagine ww,yi and jax attack the kissed champ....say the kissed champ is ryze....he's dead.Does the team mates get the kill when they kill their own team mate?

wow, i havent thought about whether they get the kill. I think that sefira should get thekill cuz she cast the taunt. Maybe i should further decrease the duration to 0.5/1/2?

i think the reduced duration would be nice....and how about the target of her ulti take less damage when he is taunting his friends?.....then having a fed teammate would suck.Like a fed yi taunted to his friend for 2sec..ouch.So less damage could work..Other than that..........GOOD WORK!!!!

yeah i was considering adding base stats, concept art, and quotes, but i need to know how i can balance her cuz 4 people vote shes op and 1 vote for balanced. This is the draft version, i will release a second version with stas and everything
