Deep within the lands of Ionia, there was a village whose inhabitants trained in the art of shadow manipulation, they were called Shadow Guardians. In order to become a Shadow Guardian however, both parents had to be shadow guardians already. This was not the case for a boy and a girl, twins; there names were Noire and Lumiere. Their mother came from the village however their father did not. He was a soldier from Demacia. It was a phenomenon that not even the village's wisest sages could not figure out.

They were no more than a year old when a mysterious woman in heels entered their village and wreaked havoc; killing men, women and children. Leaving a trail of bloodshed and death, she finally reached the house of the twins. Their father fought with all his might to protect his family but the woman's power was too overwhelming for him and she killed him right before their eyes. Finally the sages were able to combine all their power to expel the woman from their home. However it was too late as she had killed half the village and taken the twin brother, leaving the mother with just a daughter.

The woman had taken Noire to raise as her own and as he grew older, he grew more stronger, more deadly, more lost. Every time he was with his "mother" he felt like he didn't belong. She showed him no love. And when she was taken by powerful magicians to the Fields of Justice, he was freed and decided to go on a little soul searching to find his true origins. After three years and a lot of questions he located his birthplace. But by the time he got there, it was too late as his twin sister had already left for the Fields of Justice to find her brother. And so he left his home again to reunite with his long lost sister and to kill the woman that he called his "mother".

When people imagine death, they imagine a skeletal being, wrapped in a black shroud, carrying a scythe, wandering the land sowing destruction in his wake. What people don't know is just how accurate this description is.

Many millennia ago, the world didn't know death. Animals did not age, they did not eat each other, and they did not kill. The world could not sustain so many lives at once and so, in the pursuit of equilibrium, Noire was borne from the depths of what is now modern Runeterra.

Noire brought the first fear with him on that day, slaughtering the eldest and weakest of every species and instilling carnivorous tendencies in others, causing more death in that first day than has ever been known since. And then he just disappeared.

Thousands of years past and the animals forgot that dreadful day and began to repopulate the planet. When humans and yordles populations exploded and the Rune Wars began to commence, the earth once again became unable to provide for so many. On the final day of the last Rune War, people of the city of Noxus report seeing a man dressed in black carrying a scythe as big as a man walking towards the city-state. What followed is a blight on even Noxian history books. The summoners of the League of Legends banded together and, with great difficulty, bound this creature so that it was relatively harmless. They offered him a place in the champions circle and, in return, he could kill any champion he pleased within the battles and execute any prisoners of war. He agreed, saying just one word: "Death."

Champion Cosmetic: Noire has white/silver hair wearing black armor/clothes. (Reference Picture)

Attack Animation: Noire nonchalantly strikes enemy targets with his scythe.

Critical Attack Animation: Noire holds his scythe over his head and strikes down upon the enemy target.

Death Animation: He drops his scythe pointing upward, his armor crumbles inward and then he falls on his scythe.

Innate: The Departed
Whenever Noire reaches 40% health, he slips into the shadows becoming stealthed for 5/6/7/8 seconds. Stealth duration increases at level 6/11/16.
When he attacks while stealthed, he silences his target for 2 seconds, however this breaks him out of stealth. This can only occur once a minute.

Ability Q: Blade of Darkness
Noire empowers his scythe and strikes the enemy target down dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+ .45 AP) magic damage and healing him for 40/45/50/55/60% of the damage dealt.

Animation: Noire’s scythe glows black and he swings it all the back and then forward striking the enemy target and making them bleed. There is a scythe projection when he strikes the enemy target.

Statistics
Base Magic Damage: 50/75/100/125/150
Heal Percentage: 40/45/50/55/60% of the damage dealt
Mana: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds
Range: 500

Ability W: Grim Style
Passive – Noire’s attacks shred enemy target's armor and magic resistance by 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 for 5 seconds. Stacks up to 5.
Active – Noire can activate Grim Style to increase his attack speed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 8 seconds. Passive is inactive while ability is on cooldown.

Animation: When passive is on, attacking enemies make them have a black glow indicating that their armor and magic resistance are being shredded. When activating Grim Strikes, his scythe glows silver.

Armor/Magic Resistance Debuff: 1/1.5/2/2.5/3
Debuff Duration: 5 seconds
Active Buff: 15/20/25/30/35% increased attack speed
Active Duration: 8 seconds

Ability E: Penumbra Edges
Noire runs for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds while dragging his scythe into the ground, the scythe creates a rift in the ground by dealing 100/110/120/130/140 (+ .5 AP) magic damage over ten seconds to enemy units that run into it and reducing their movement speed by 25% for 3 seconds. In addition if he is able to connect the end of the rift to the beginning of the rift, all enemies caught within the penumbra are dealt 110/120/130/140/150 (+ .3 AP) magic damage.

Animation: Noire stabs his scythe into the ground and runs with the tip dragging on the ground. The scythe opens up lines in the ground that have black smoke coming out of it; if he completes his run (connecting the end of the rift to the beginning of the rift), the lines glow and enemy units within the penumbra are dealt damage.

Base Magic Damage: 100/110/120/130/140
Bonus Damage: 110/120/130/140/150
Slow Percentage: 25/25/25/25/25%
Slow Duration: 3 seconds
Mana: 50/65/70/85/100

Ability R: Shadow Crisis
Noire chants a forbidden spell for 1.5 seconds, after the chant is complete, the sky becomes covered in darkness and the shadows of enemy champions come to life attacking their hosts for 5/6/7 seconds. The shadows cannot be controlled, take double damage and deal 50% damage.

Animation: Noire begins chanting and after 1.5 seconds he slams the end of his scythe down creating a wave of darkness that sweeps around him and all enemy champions. Enemy champions’ shadows become 3D and start attacking their hosts.

Statistics
Channel Time: 1.5 seconds
Mana: 110/130/150
Cooldown: 140/130/120 seconds
Area of Effect: 900

This champ is really well done and i can tell you took into account balancing his skills so that noone can say that he is OP (which someone undoubtedly will).

Updated innate because it was UP.
Whenever Eisus reaches 30% health, he slips into the shadows becoming stealthed for 3/4/5 seconds. Stealth duration increases at level 6/11/16.
When he attacks while stealthed, he silences his target for 2 seconds, however this breaks him out of stealth.

Hybrid, I would have to say.
His abilities help him with landing his autoattacks more efficiently.

I may scale his Blade of Darkness with AD.
