I think this deserves a whole new topic here.

Okashu from Polish LoL forums found an application made to record and replay LoL games (no idea where did he get it from)

I have no idea who's the creator, but I'm really thankful. This thing is amazing.
Allows you to record whole games without taking much Hard Drive Space (28min game is less than 4MB)
Doesn't screw up your FPSes
Gives 100% quality
Lets you move around the map as much as you want (but you won't see HP bars at places you didn't look at this time, since they are server sided)

problem is, you can't make a video out of this, but you can probably record the replay with Fraps or something like that.

Let's all hope Riot supports this!

The video you posted gets stuck at 86% loading, I'm wondering if it's because of changed Skins/Particles/etc. I can hear the sounds, but I'm still watching the loading window.
could some1 else upload his video?

If it works like I imagine, it'll be SO EASIER to make new vids!
Just imagine, you can view the whole game from start to finish and choose to record any segment you want! And you don't have to suffer fraps FPS drop from recording the whole game, while playing it!

He means you can record any segment of the replay that you want.

Anyways the real value of this is that people who can't play and Fraps at the same time can now record their games, and the file sizes are so small you can just record every game you play and archive them.
