I'm guessing that LoL, like any game, has some Easter Eggs hidden in it. Those are those little tidbits hidden in the game's programming that can surprise even the admins when light's shed on them. There are many exploits we've already found and they've patched out, and probably many more yet to be found!
Any hidden content you find, such as the 1g/10s from the Doran's Blade, are rare finds that demand to be shared! Share it!

Ohhh. LoL at the doran's thing.
now doran stacking is more viable!
Here's one:
The skill indicators for skill shots are a LIE.
Skill shots ALWAYS go a few units past the indicator.

TRUE! Galio's taunt is larger than the area of the circle, Ashe's volley hits beyond designated area, the now nerfed heat seeking "acid hunter" distance that could hit beyond sight! I mostly believe these things exist on purpose, to develop players skills!

try using panths E and maokais W a few times together and u should gte panth jumping like crazy to maos target

Galio's Gust pushing enemies, that step on the wind path, back! Still all these are more like bugs rather than easter eggs. Easter egg is something hidden on purpose like the dead manatee that jumps from the grave!

Same happens with every champ that can flash or dash (Ezreal, Kassadin, Akali, Katarina, Shen) Maokai's W will move him on target no matter the distance they travel!

For example, in the halloween version of summoner's rift there are a handful of caskets. In these are the character models for some of the canceled champs.
The other things being mentioned in the thread so far are more like bugs or UI oversights.

Okay then here's some easter egg for ya.
If Cassieopoeia (however you spell it) is on the Halloween summoner's rift, the random snakes that are supposed to pop up occasionally, do not pop out at all.

You noticed a menial detail like that?
Erm, anyway, I agree that most of these here right now are bugs. Nonetheless, someone's bound to turn up with a genuine set of Easter Eggs that'll spark interest! Just keep looking (or waiting)!

On TT, if Caitlyn goes to where dragon is, she can still auto-attack minions through the thin wall.
LoL i wanted to do a Top mundo on TT just to do something like that. Not enough IP for sniper girl

Something blue (like Anivia) shows somewhere in the brush where is top tower of Blue team.

I think everyone knows this but theres a hole in the top and bottom lane's bushes. Anyone know why?

Simple map design. If the brush is divided it can cause interesting situations and bring diversity in the game as it allows the players to juke, set up ganks and maintain zone control.

He isn't talking about the space between the bushes. There is a glitch area INSIDE the brush that reveals you as if you were not in brush.
