this champ looks pretty cool although her e does too much at once could see it as a ultimate but for a regular skill seems very op. like the ult tho globals are always fun. She doesn't have a stun like many casters but with the shield it seems to make up for it.

My main concern is that even from the past versions of Gemini, having a Global Ranged Ulti with so many early-mid game effective abilities is somewhat a little too strong for its own good.
Taking in LABCAT's remark, Gemini's ulti is almost in the same vein as that of Gangplank's only a little more effective, and combine that with abilities that make her already effective even before she gets her ulti, there's something going on here. The ulti having a more set range would be a lot less silly while at the same time making for more skillful play, which is quite important to any character idea :3
I do like her new W Though. Spell Shield + an AoE Root and damage.

i still love the idea, but her passive seems a little underwhelming, maybe just increase the numbers a little?
Also, I think the new ult isn't as good as the old one, I'd just have it be one beam that is channeled.

As I remember (and i might be making this up) The ult used to be one larger AoE that needed to be channeled and had a global range. When it was channeled, the enemies could see that it was going to hit so they could move, but the channel could be broken early for less damage. So kind of like GP's ul, but channeled and only damage, but more damage.

This looks amazing! I have a feeling she would be a bit challenging with positioning, but she seems fantastic!

I'm not too sure how the character would play out, it seems that some of the abilities are inspired from other characters, it's not a bad thing, just throwing it out there. I don't know, i feel like the ult should have a lesser channel time because even at a long range if theres a marker to see where the blast is coming down then they have a pretty good amount of time to get out of it, it's like fiddle's ult, unless he's in a brush, people have plenty of time to escape while he's channeling.
Good concept though

Thanks for the great sig CCBeara! [again!]

Well I have a few suggestions for this champs idea.
I'm gonna start with her spell shield ability. It's not balanced at all imo. If you miss the timing you just waste mana. If you do it right you get a spell block, and a mini amumu-ult. Way too much hit or miss.
The thing I don't like it's her passive, it does not appear to have sinergy at all with the champ.
What I suggest: remake her passive and her W ability like this:
Passive: every time Vikki casts a spell she gets a stack. When she has 4-5-6 stacks (not sure about the number) she gets a spell shield that lasts for 3 seconds, and her next spell cast will have a bonus effect.
Bonus effects:
Q: the spell hits all the targets in it's path instead of just the first target (like malzahar's call of the void)
W: she deals AoE damage around her and the bonus adds the root effect (basically the effect from the spell block)
E: keep the damage over time, and the bonus effect adds the spell damage reduction (30% is kinda much imo, maybe 20% at lvl max)
R: keep the damage , and make the bonus effect add the silence
And i think that the AP ratio on her E spell is too big (morgana has 0.2, cassiopeia has 0.15) so 0.15 or 0.2 would be balanced since it lasts 7 seconds.
I would also lower the base damage on her ult because 300/500/700 seems a bit too much. To keep it in line with other AoE ults (Tibbers 450, Cassi 600, lux 500 etc) I would make it deal 250/400/550. That means 125/200/275 per hit.
Hope it helped.

I didn't say that the root is OP. I suggested keeping it as the bonus effect. I didn't liked that the spell shield was just 1 spell that did all. Most spell shields in this game are just spell shields with a small added bonus (sivir, noc, morgana).
And again, I think that having a root, slow, silence and AoE damage reduction on a single champ is a bit much, so the whole idea of the passive was too choose which one of these effects you want.
And the stacking on her passive shouldn't be too hard to to, considering that a full combo (let's say ult counts as 2 spells) combined with summoner spells can get that stacks pretty quick to process a new bonus effect in a very short time (a few seconds).
Anyway, this is just my opinion and it was a just a suggestion.
