I'm not quite sure how W works exactly. Does it give target champion a (50 x 4 = 200!!!) shield every second? When the shields are stacked and the shielded champion takes damage, are all the shields damaged or is only one damaged?
IMO, it's got too much stuff going on that makes it rather confusing. I'd suggest a simple shield (possibly with a refresh condition) w/ karma tether.

His ult's passive is a little too much you could literally get a free Bloodthirster with max stack (without the lifesteal) and you could literally dominate anyone using ad build with all those ad scales

Agree. Tbh I'd remove the passive from his ultimate altogether (maybe also add it to the active). +100 bonus AD and + 40 arpen seems a bit much, and I can see people playing him as a bruiser instead of tank because of that. Also, I don't like one other thing about his ult. I like the idea of it refreshing when an ally dies, bit multiple AoE fears would be OP if you ask me. I suggest leave it at just refreshing the rest of the bonuses when an ally dies (hp, damage if addes to active), while leaving the AoE fear just when you cast it for the first time. Basically when an ally dies, you can stay longer in superman mode, but the fear is just one time only (no other champ can triple AoE CC in a row, only kennen can double AoE CC, and he is a bit tricky at that).
Other that these critics, I think you did a really good job designing this champ, his skillset is unique to say the least, and all I can say is kudos for the great work.
Oh yeah, totally

Umm Leona anyone? Just saying
Edit: Derp, misread.
Nice champ, as always Nhan.

Other than the ult being a bit much (basically Nasus+Taric ult combined) it's a very nice idea.

Passive - Another cool mechanic like Kog's and Karth's. I like it. The idea if you die early game and helps heal your partner from that last minute hit or spell that could've killed them. Great for early game and not OP late game. Still useful though.
Spell Q - Like Blitz's E without knock-up, but this here is great during teamfights when needed. Can't really say as its balanced very well.
Spell W - Neat idea! I had something similar to my champ that I post in the forums (he's in the champ feedback though). It is very well done and supportive.
Spell E - I believe this idea alone is what makes me like him the most combined with W. Great for supporting and to aid when an ally needs help from being ganked or such. Adds lots of possibilities to combinations and stuff, too. The only thing I don't like is that he receives a "momentary invincibility" unless its like a blinkdash moves really quick.
Spell R - A compilation of other abilities, but helpful to his kit. Its not the most original, but it helps this guy to fulfill his role. Its an OK ult, but helpful. I might say close to OP as it does so much because he gains a Passive Attack Damage bonus from nearby allied champs, imo.
Thx for your review on my. I really like this champ as a whole. Very well written and detailed. Good job on this guy.

The W skill is pretty similar in concept to one of your previous champ ideas' skill (inb4 Vicki the Gemini Witch) in terms of the idea of a skill that links the champion to an ally.
His E is almost like a reverse version of DotA's Beastmaster Ultimate Primal Roar.
but since this was indeed a Dota to LoL champ idea, i praise you for doing such.
Anyway:
Concept and Cosmetics: Nothing to argue or criticize really since its all decent in a sense that its something people would expect to see in the game.
Overall opinion: I like this concept of a Support-Tank with a couple of Offensive abilities. Goliath seems to have a lot of offensive options while still remaining tanky which is a good thing for a Tank to be in the game. Most previous posters have already stated their opinions and critiques so i basically agree to what most of them have said.
Anyway, if I may tell, I think you should put up a short section on "How to play My champ Idea" thing just to give a users a small insight on the champ's design and how is he played. I'm starting this process on all of my champ idea presentations too since I figured that some people tend to be confused at many champ ideas' because they don't know what's supposed to be going on.

First of all i love the fact that you really take your time with all the attack animations and additional stuff!
Lore is nice, and all the references are right there, nothing being out of place.
However, I'm not fully sure how the innate works, but if it makes him invincible for 4 seconds, isn't that a pretty much non-tankish ability, since it will force the enemy to attack other targets?
Q seems fine, so I cant think of anything to say about it. Oh, there's one thing: I think you should maybe reduce the timer on long its 'enchanced'. 5 seconds is a lot and this could be a mad-harassing tool, early on if paired with a carry for example. I'm not sure, but 5 seconds feels a little too long!
W seems very nice. ^^
E seems a bit too strong imo, but I'm not the balance expert here. A very innoavative one, so i'll give ya points for that!
R's timer seems incredibly long! Usually most teamfights don't last even 15 seconds, and the fact that it will extend, will be rather OP.
Team wins a teamfight -- > Goliath can still push enemy towers incredibly well even if it was 5v4 or something
However i really like the concept, i just think it needs some rework.
Also I'm not sure but:
Means upon activation? Seems really cool.
All in all, definately a great addition to the league imo. If only reading a champion idea makes me want to play it, It'll definately be fun ingame.

Am I a hero? Well, I don't think Churchill, Perseus or Batman thought of themselfs as heroes, so I really can't say. But yes.

The problem I see is that riot is against making counter intuitive things namely the effects based on during allies. For example if you're the one fed it could be better for your allies to die one at a time to make you stronger.

Again I do really like the concept (Your champs are always cool), I think his skills are unique and I would totally love to play him.
