SIU which can be freely downloaded from https://sites.google...ite/siuupdates/
(version 3.304 or higher)
now supports the modification of spell names, character names, tooltips, etc
thanks to the work of RichieSams and I.

Not only can it install text modifcations like this (look at the tooltips in the preview)

But it also provides a very nice Graphical editor to help skin creators make one of these modifications.


This used to be impossible to do without totally messing up someones game after a update (because the file includes all the champs, even new ones, replacing it with a out of date version meant that you loose new text!)

Please note: to install text mods, you will need to make sure your SIU setting allows this.

you ,... who makes this SIU ... should make a game i love this proggy. but you update so much it drives me insane each time i have to uninstall all my skins and delete them and reinstall them (cause i found out the hard way they become default skins if you dont then your skrewed.. (spes if they have differant models) not a bad thing with all the updates though. each version brings new features which makes it easier for us to make custom skins. (not like those morons who just export then publish...)

i have one suggestion though. you think it's possible to... in the future.. add an option to SIU to extract sounds etc and use them for customs skins ?? or edit and add new ones ?

guys help plz when i want open SIU i got error : UNABLE TO FIND A VERSION OF THE RUNTIME TO RUN THIS APPSICATION

oh god how could you stand that! XD
This means that you are deleting your backups somehow.. When you get the update, just copy all the files on top of your old SIU installation, and you wont need to do that

Sorry about the updates, but these are some pretty big improvements, takes about a full 12 hours to make them, I figure it's normally worth people the time it takes to install.

Edit: just for you next version of SIU will include a auto-updater
