I just happened to go into the builder, and saw Augment: Death. The text said:

+3 Ability Power per level. +200 Health. +6 Health Regen per 5 seconds. Ability Augment: Power Transfer increases Viktor's Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds

Which is obviously Augment: Power.

It's not just a text error, since putting it into the builder gives HP5
