I'm still worried he's going to be absolutely broken. Someone please alleviate my fears and give me ideas for counter-play to him.

He was fed as shit in that spotlight, but even then...
His Q gives him an extra 95 dps, before you consider the scaling (.6 bonus AD, which isn't bad when it has a 2 sec CD), his W gives him 10-30% lifesteal and spell vamp on all targets in the area AND also gets 10-30% of the damage dealt by allies to those same enemies, his E makes him fairly ungankable when combined with passive and it also does 360 damage maximum with a 1.0 AD scaling, nothing to scoff at. Then we get to his ult... his ult makes him as ungankable as a Shyvana, except his E is way better than her W. The ult does 500 damage with a 1.2 AP scaling to those he hits with the flee, has a good range, due to the fact he has 2 forms of displacement with two gap closers means his ganks are scary as shit.

I can see him being a little OP

To be fair, his early game damage is pretty low. His Q does almost nothing in the first two ranks, though I could see it being stronger with AD/ArPen runes/masteries. His W heals decently, but not a lot at early ranks. Shouldn't make him unkillable in a solo lane. E and R are definitely pretty strong though. This is what I felt about him in PBE without runes/masteries anyway.

I think they shouldn't have given him the ability to ignore unit collision in his passive. Seems over the top.

so essentially his Q is like Skarner Q

Also, i don't think it's a good idea to make him a solo top. while his AoE thing has a nice heal, its just that, AoE. to be able to sustain he has to push his lane out, making himself vulnerable to ganks.

I don't really like the new spotlight format...
He looks really fun to play for me. Are there numbers on his Passive yet?
IMO his starting items will almost always be Boots+Pots. Damage+Mobility+Sustain, yeah!

Who doesn't do that from sustaining, though? Though this guy does look like his sustain will require Mordekaiser-level pushing.
