I just reinstalled windows 7 x64, installed sui/downloaded and now when i try to install a skin keeps wanting me to finds it location/ please specify the correct location for this file
full error is:

The following file was found in multiple folders: color-flame_pool.dds

Orignal location was:
C:\Users\(username)\Desktop\Shyvana NEW\Particles

please specify the correct location for this file


how do i fix this as it is really annoying for any and all skins to do this

This means you are putting files inside your LoL directory. Therefore, SIU doesn't know which file to replace when it 'installs'. Make sure you don't put any files inside your LoL directory. What I do is have a "LeagueOfLegendsMods" folder just outside of my League folder and that's where I store SIU and any skins.
