As far as I can tell you play different champions every game, which is a bad idea. Practice one or two in each roles that are hard to counterpick and stick to it if you want to raise ELO

What are hard to counter pick?

And it's not like I have a choice. Mostly i'm in the last pick place or the one before it. So i play what the team needs. Don't have too much choice on picking.

80 farm each 10 minutes as botlane or else gtfo.

In low elo that's easier said than done. When their support play agressive or tries to deny you from farming and your support is just passive and doesn't do anything you lose quite some creeps. But i need to work on my CS anyhow cause it's bad.

Champion that are hard to counter play. These are often sustain monster or lang ranged champions. For top you have Renekton, Irelia, Kennen, Vladimir. These champions either have no resource system or extreme sustain or both.

For mid, Morgana is pretty safe because she can easily farm up.

For bot, every combo can be countered but Caitlyn is easily one of the safest champions because of her long range, nets and traps.

Thanks Feanor :)

And what about Ezreal? He really seems good and he's very mobile. Not to mention that sweet global ult. Does he get countered? Cause that range on spells is quite big.

He has a higher skill cap than most ad carries and he has trouble keeping his damage up late game. He needs to hit ALL his Q's late game or else his damage is dropping too hard. He's very slippery so that makes him hard to beat out of a lane but he can be countered by just standing behind your minions. His also bad to follow up ganks because he has no CC so that's kinda iffy.

Ezreal's skills are ALL skillshots, so he's harder to master than a lot of the other AD carries. He has a wickedly strong early game but he falls off late game, but if you choose Ez try to dominate early and finish quickly.

I will think about him. Think i'm gonna stick to those tanky  dps and junglers cause most of the time I end up  tanking their team cause no one from my allies is capable even when they play tanky champs. I finaly had 3 wins in a row so i hope that this small  but steady elo  increase is gonna keep up.

Hello!

I've been away for some time cause of exams , but i'm slowly coming back. I'm glad that blog still gets views and even though i don't play as often i still have spectators :)

I still have one big exam next week so i won't play that much until i finish it, but those matches taht i play will be posted and updated.

Statistics are also updated and now i'm at 1050 elo. Can't really improve much cause i don't play consistently but that's gonna change over the summer ^^

Anyhow keep watching the forum and thanks for your time once again :)

Playing in low elo games is pretty much all about communication.
If you can get your team to follow your lead you can have more success then just keeping a very solid performance BUT don't try to play the team leader to obviously LoL is a community of people who think they know everything there is to know about the game so they don't take very kindly to people bossing them around.

Overall low elo games are really decided by "mood" if you so will.
Keeping everyone friendly will improve the performance of your team massively. That's why most of the games at this level end with a stomp. The team that has the advantage builds "chemistry" they are being friendlier to each other while the team with a disadvantage turns into a pack of lemmings.
After someone insults your you've immediately get a kind of kickback reaction and start thinking that you got to show him what you can do. This will only lead to impatience.

Oh and some tips for champion picks
Stick with champs you feel comfortable with. It's not about the actual strength of your champ but more about how comfortable you feel with him.
As far as choices go Ashe is a pretty solid carry choice since her CC gives her a lot of control over the course of the game and don't try to pick Ezreal up if you're not used to him.
It's not that he's very difficult to master but all the stuff about him being super difficult or easily countered or him being most effective in the early stages can cloud your judgement. Especially if you're not used to early aggression
