I'm wondering if AS affects the return speed of his Spinning Axe(Q) but it seems slow and you dont auto attack when its in the air. I think cooldown might allow him to hit two spinning axes prolly.

you do autohit while its in the air, the autohits just aren´t empowered by spinning axe
also, when you have 2 activated, you have it on as good as every attack (if u manage to catch them all)

It's because you're moving. And two axes don't get every attack enhanced end game with a full build. Which means you can get three axes
