I'm quite familiar with basic skin swap. I'm using RAF Manager. I located the new Ahri FoxFire skin files in patch 101 (0.0.0.101). I ONLY replaced the skn, skl and the dds files as follows:

Ahri_fire.skl -> Ahri.skl
Ahri_fire.skn -> Ahri.skn
Ahri_fire_TX_CM.dds -> Ahri_base_TX_CM.dds

And the client crashes on the match loading screen, i've tried this both before and after the recent EUW patch. Pretty sure its not patch related. Would appreciate any info with problem or even successful usuage of the skin (which files u swapped, which file manager u used etc). Thank you.

As for animations, the Foxfire skin only has a seperate laugh animation. I've tried both with and without swapping that and still no go. Also note, I'm not interested in the flame particles on the tail, as I'm aware that is not possible at the moment from reading the forum originally discussed on the fire particles on for example Warwick Fire skin.

Nevermind, got it to work and have no clue how. I tried using SIU instead, and got the skin to work. Uninstalled the skin from SIU (as I have all other skins swapped using RAF manager), got the same file i used in SIU for the FoxFire skin and used that in RAF manager and it works. Oh well.

Edit: Probably SIU didn't use the 0.0.0.101 patch files, speculation.
