Not quite sure what happened, but custom skins for some characters just..stopped working recently. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the skins, going back into the game to check, and they still didn't take and just look like the defaults. After that I tried uninstalling and deleting them from the list completely and installing from scratch, same result.

I haven't made it a point to check on EVERY skin, but most of them still seem fine. The only ones I've noticed so far are Ezreal and Darius. Which really sucks because I hate Ezreal's default, I've gotten so used to Third Son. Any ideas?

My same situation: Ezreal is my main and i used the Frosted Skin, but now it and the others don't work anymore...so sad :S

Tested a bunch of others. Teemo and Corki seem to be having the problem too.

All of my skins n particles dont work as if the files were not there entirely... pls some1 give us some solutions

It seems that the latest riot patches probably ended up screwing with the file paths, which ended making this happen, at least from a first glance perspective

It happened to Volibear too.

Try reinstalling them and you should get a "multiple path locations" prompt. Choose to replace the most current file path (the higher of the two 0.0.0.XXX numbers).

Hey there, Haruhi Ezreal skin author here. All Ezreal skins seem to be broken by the patch, at least all that I tried. I just spent an hour rechecking everything and trying to find a workaround but there's nothing I can do about it. The problem seems to be with the SIU, or rather Riot that did something nonsensical.
Technical notes for anyone that wants to try and fix it somehow: Riot patched in a new Ezreal_ProdigalExplorer.dds file in the archive (patch) 0.0.0.111 (latest is .114 at the moment). Funny thing is that the file is seemingly exactly the same as the old one from 0.0.0.25. SIU notices that the latest file is in the .111 archive and replaces that one. So either the game is stil loading the old texture from .25 for some reason only Riot knows, and SIU will have to be updated to ignore the ezreal files from .111, or the SIU is failing to correctly patch the .111 archive for some reason. Either way it's the SIU that will have to be updated to fix this, because there's technically nothing wrong with our skins.
