I found the Diana files in the SIU and i created a custom skin and was just wondering, can we upload diana skins now or do we have to wait until she is officially released in-game?

You will have to wait, uploading now can be risky and will probably result in a ban, since the whole premise of uploading reskins is that people can use them in place of normal skins, but the only ones capable of swapping files now for diana (technically) would be test realmers.
Basically it's a bad idea haha
