which program can i use to view the game models/skins in 3d ?? instead of having to log into the game each time to test, i've seen people use it on here before but i never get the name of it.
if someone can help i'd appreciate it. i want to use it to edit my skins with. or rather. get a closer to to what i've edited to see how it looks.

The skin viewer comes with SIU when you download it.
It is in the same folder of SIU and its called ''LOLViewer''
if you don't have it in the folder try updating SIU or downloading a newer version

i use UVmapper pro. for texturing etc i use GIMP and to open the dds files paint.NET

best is still photoshop with a 3D plug-in, wich i wont goggle for you ^^
