Unseen Predator (Passive):
While in brush or stealth Rengar will leap at the target when using his basic attack. (600 range)
Rengar builds 1 point of Ferocity with each ability he uses on enemies. When reaching 5 points of Ferocity, Rengar's next ability becomes empowered, granting it a bonus effect.

Savagery (Q):
Rengar's next basic attack within 6 second deals 30/55/80/105/130 (+1.0 per AD) physical damage. Grants 30/35/40/45/50% bonus Attack Speed for 3 seconds.
Ferocity Bonus: Additionally deals 170% of Rengar's Attack Damage in bonus damage, and the Attack Speed bonus is doubled.
Cooldown: 6 seconds

Battle Roar (W):
Rengar lets out a roar dealing 75/120/165/210/255 (+1.0 per AP) magic damage to enemies in the area. Grants 20/30/40/50/60 armor and magic resist if an enemy is hit.
Ferocity Bonus: Heals Rengar for 15% of his max health. (Does not increase with each skill level)
Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds

Bola Strike (E):
Rengar throws a bola dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+0.7 per bonus AD) physical damage and slowing an enemy by 50/55/60/65/70%, enemy movement speed recovers over 2.5 seconds.
Ferocity Bonus: Roots the target for 1 second.
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Thrill of the Hunt (Ultimate):
Rengar activates his predatory instincts, stealthing and revealing all enemy champions within 2000/3000/4000 range. He gains 10/15/20% movement speed, and a point of Ferocity every 0.75 seconds.
Lasts 7 seconds or until Rengar uses an ability.
Cooldown: 120/80/40 seconds

Bonetooth Necklace
+20 Attack Damage (+2 per level)
UNIQUE Passive: Rengar collects trophies when killing Champions, and gains bonus effects based on how many trophies he has. Kills grant 2 trophies, assists grant 1 trophy, Rengar loses 1 trophy on death.
2 Trophies: +25 Movement Speed
6 Trophies: +10 Armor Penetration, +5% Cooldown Reduction
12 Trophies: Rengar’s leap gains 150 bonus range
18 Trophies: New Active: Instantly gain 5 Ferocity.

With Ferocity, Q deals an additional 170% of his attack damage as bonus damage which is stupidly strong.
He's fun though have to see how he fares in the jungle as he is the king of the jungle.

Yep, seems like it.

Guessing they based him off Predator with the dreads and everything else about him which is awesome.
Updated first post with his lore, ratios and other numbers

Thoughts: I feel like he'll scale rather well with CDR. When you're at 5 Ferocity and use a spell, all cooldowns are reset except ult, allowing you to deal extra extra damage with Q, heal and clear minion waves super fast with his W, or chain slow/root an enemy champ with E.

Yeah, except unlike Viktor's, his is optional costs 1000 gold. However it seems like a must have for him.

video of him shows very bad jungling with cloth+5pot and starting with W so he is very unsafe seems like better topper but its PBE and subject to change

Starting with Q is probably faster than starting with W because of the 1:1 AD bonus and +30% ASPD + almost 1/3rd the cooldown. You can't even get the healing off W easily until level 3 because you have to use spells five times before you can heal with it...

DAAAAAAAAMN...........that's pretty cool, I like the art, the lore, and the kit, he seems like he'd make a good assassin, if he comes with at least an effective bruiser build I see another champion I'll be using alot, if not than I'm probably not going to play him because frankly I SUCK at the "I"m squishy and I like getting in your face" type champions. Also no Lion-O reference?
