So, I replaced my Annie model with the Ezreal model. Everything works perfectly, except for one thing...Ez is huge. He is bigger than the turrets! How can I fix the size of him? I would have expected him to be smaller since Annie is small, but quite the opposite happened. While it is cool that he is a giant, I'd rather have him normal-sized.

They have different scaling which is controlled likely via troybin. So if you switch a model for one with a different scale it gets sized by the second one's scale.
There's no way to remedie it, at least at the moment.

Fix it by reducing the size of the ez model you have.

I'll get a better pic after class.

When you put him against a champion like Master Yi, Ez is at least 3 times his size LOL
I'll try to look into changing the size of Ez in the model file. I kinda like him big though, but my ultimate goal is to work off of an existing champion model and turn Annie into Zuko from ATLA complete with sound.

I'm having the same problem with Shen. If I could somehow adjust the size of the animations everything would be golden.

Now whenever I work with the models in Maya I make sure to go to window settings preferences settings and set unit to feet and haven't had any issues since.

Switching to feet didn't seem to help me. The models for different champions are different sizes. It's annoying.

How about resizing the skeleton? That should probably work.
