I'm sure you would all like to join me in expressing the deep appreciation and thanks to Lordgreggreg for his tireless efforts to bring custom skins back to us after Riot upgraded from the Heropackclient.zip. Building on Itzwarty's raf dumper, he created SIU, and gave us all a great easy interface for installing custom skins. Thank you!

This program will take any skin available on League Craft and install it into LoL for you!
Garona : Quick reminder folks, try to install the skins one by one, some skins will not be able to load and your game will crash, so that way you will be able to figure out which ones are causing the trouble, after you find which skin is causing the game to crash report it as a reply in the thread!
It also supports sound mod installation, ui mods, login screen mods, vampire mods, etc etc, and un-instillation.
For more information, please click the help button inside the program.
Basic Instructions:
1. Download and a LoL Skin from leaugecraft
2. Run this program, choose "add files" from the first tab, and direct it to the file you downloaded

HOW TO UPDATE this program (if you already have it):
1. Download the smaller size version
2. copy over everything in it, and overwrite your old program
3. choose the skin you want to test, choose "fix skin", then you can install (you can also do Debug -> Repath all to "fix" them all)

Current Status advice
- Some skins .sco particle cause the game to crash. NOT ALL OF THEM. Still trying to figure out a pattern or why. Till then, you can simply uncheck "particle 3d models" from the install preferences to try it with out.
- Skins that add files, like wgt files, will not be able to work unless the original skin used a wgt file. This may cause some characters to look very bad, others will work fine.

Initial Setup
- Run the "Skin Installer Ultimate.exe" from inside your last extraction location.
- If the program asks for you to locate your lol.launcher.exe file, do so
- Press "ok" as the default skins are prepared
- Download your skin from leaguecraft
- Go to the "Skin installer" tab, press the "add files" button
- Choose the file that you just downloaded
- This will dynamically search the new launchers files and find where they all go
- Type in a name for the skin and author, then press "Add to DB"
- In the skin database tab, check box the skin you want to install, and press the "install button"
- Choose what components of the skin you want to use, and then run LoL to enjoy.

For basic information.
This program is designed to assist your installation of all LoL skins you may find.
It does this by auto-detecting the correct location for each file, as well as keeping track of what you have installed, and creating backups making it easy to uninstall each skin as well.
If you have just downloaded a skin, you must first add it to the list of skins in this program. This step allows the program to make sure it knows what locations to use, so it can properly install and uninstall, read bellow on how to do this.
To install a skin, make sure you are inside the second tab named "Skin Database". Then click the check box next to the name of the skin you wish to install, and click the "Install" button at the bottom.
To uninstall a skin, follow the same instructions, just use the "Uninstall" button.
To add a new skin that you have downloaded from the internet, switch to the first tab named "Skin Installer". Type in the name you wish to identify the skin by, and then either click "add files" or "add directory" until you have told the program where all the files for this skin are (that you downloaded).
Once you have the list of files you want, press the "Add to DB" button, the program will make a copy of the skin (allowing you to delete the files you just downloaded) and its name will now be viewable on the other tab to install.
Additional Helpful information.
You can press the "Update File List" button to make the program re-scan your LoL game, so it has a better idea where each file belongs.
You can press the "Game Client" button to tell the program what LoL install location to add skins to.

Character 3d models refers to the .skn files that contain new data on the 3d shape of the character.
Character textures refers to the .dds or tga files that contain the data of the texture and colors that are applied to the model.
Particle 3d models refers to the .sco or sbc files that contain new data on the 3d shape of effects from spells or events in game.
Particle textures refers to the .dds or tga files that contain the data of the color of these effects.
Animations refers to the .anim files, which contain the data for the time and movement of characters arms and legs, the .txt or .ini files which contain data on what .anim file to use for what event, and the .skl files which contain the data on what bones each model has.
Air Mods refers to all files withing the "air" folder of your game client. These files are what effects how the game behaves before you see the character loading screen, and contains the images of character in the character select or purchase screen, etc. Depending on which of these files is changed, it may be necessary to uninstall before a client update, and then reinstall after.
Sounds refers to all sound effects that you hear within game, such as the characters response to you telling them to move or attack. These files must be fmod mp2 formatted files in the same bitrate as the ones they are replacing. Installing these files will prevent your LoL from updating correctly if you do not uninstall them first. PLEASE REMEMBER TO UNINSTALL then update, then reinstall, if you wish to use sound modifications.
Menu and Text mods refers to the text in the game, such as character names and spell descriptions. There is only one file for all text in the game, so installing a skin with a menu mod will mean that further updates to the text (such as new spell names) will not be included. Keep this in mind when choosing to install them.

If you are getting multiple options for almost every file, it means you have extra .raf files that do not belong in your LoL installation. Do a clean install, (means uninstall LoL, then delete the directory it was in, then reinstall LoL) or delete any extra raf files, then press the "update file list" button again.
The ones I have right now are

If the program will not run, or gives and error, you need to download and install dot net, from here. http://www.microsoft...19-81da479ab0d7
if that still does not work
If you get an error about sounds/Archive_15503616.raf.dat not being found, browse to that folder and rename the Archive_15503616.raf to Archive_15503616.notaraf
If you get an error like
If you constantly get a error about allfiles.ini not being found, try running the program as administrator
If a skin stops working after a LoL patch. Uninstall it. Repath (fix) it. then install it again.

If you get an error like
