Happened to me something similar.
I was playing RIven solo top against Shyvana, at level 6 she ulted me while I was jumping with my Q and I got completely stuck. Abilities grayed-out, flash grayed-out, pressing B or recall didn't work, neither right click. After I got killed everything went back to normal.
Maybe that's a bug that when Riven is jumping with her Q if some movement skill is used on her (think Shy's R, Alistar's Headbutt or Poppy's Charge in your case) she got stuck.

I find it really odd that nobody has discovered this before, maybe it's a bug with all hopping/dashing champs that has come in with the last patch? I'll see if I can convince someone to test this against Shen/Fizz/Graves and such.
